Amazing how some of us appreciate the “idea” of a Malcolm X figure but reject the religious and political philosophies of this great man who lived in our midst. The X looks good on hats and t-shirts but not his politics; not in an era in which conformity has become the rule as opposed to the exception. I’m sure time will tell if this rejection of alternative political thought will yield results….
